Using SafetyLeads
SafetyLeads provides business intelligence derived primarily from public workplace safety and enforcement records. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for independently verifying information before making business, employment, insurance, or compliance decisions.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your sign-in account. Organization administrators are responsible for users and billing activity within their organization.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Pricing and the selected plan are shown before checkout. Payments, invoices, payment methods, and cancellations are handled through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect according to the date shown in the Stripe customer portal.
Data and availability
Public-source records may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or removed by their originating agencies. SafetyLeads does not guarantee that every government record is complete or current, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service at abusive rates, resell account access, interfere with the service, or use the data for unlawful discrimination or harassment.
