Information we collect
We store the name and email associated with your sign-in, your organization profile, account preferences, saved application activity, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We do not receive or store complete payment card numbers.
How information is used
We use account information to authenticate you, provide organization-scoped access, process subscriptions, deliver saved features and alerts, secure the service, and support customers.
Service providers
Authentication is provided through Replit's hosted sign-in system. Payments and billing management are provided by Stripe. Application data is stored in the project's managed PostgreSQL database.
Public safety records
The product displays records published by government agencies, including OSHA and related public datasets. These source records are business and regulatory intelligence and may include text supplied by the originating agency.
Retention and choices
Billing records are retained as required for business and legal purposes. You can update billing details or cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Organization profile changes are available in account settings.
Security
We use signed-in sessions, organization access controls, verified Stripe webhooks, same-origin protections, request limits, and encrypted transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
